Terms & Conditions - Regent Arabians Riding Lesson Program

1. Program Overview
Regent Arabians offers horseback riding lessons. Lessons are by appointment only and subject to availability, weather, and horse suitability.

2. Eligibility & Safety

  • All riders must complete a liability waiver and health questionnaire before their first lesson.

  • Riders must disclose medical conditions, injuries, or experience level.

  • Helmets are required and provided if needed. Proper closed-toe shoes with a heel are required.

  • Instructors may refuse or stop a lesson if safety is at risk. No refunds for safety-related cancellations by staff.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

  • Lessons must be booked in advance. Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations require at least 24-hours-notice to reschedule without charge.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged the full lesson fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, horse health, or instructor availability.

4. Assumption of Risk
Horseback riding involves inherent risks, including falls, kicks, bites, and unpredictable animal behavior. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree to follow all instructor directions.

5. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regent Arabians, its owners, employees, and volunteers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence. A separate signed waiver is required.

6. Code of Conduct
Riders must treat horses, staff, and property with respect. Disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Photos & Media
We may take photos/videos during lessons for training or marketing. Let us know in writing if you do not consent to being photographed or videoed.
